It was very hot again today. I walked 3 miles in 48 minutes (16 min/mile). Mercifully, I had a reflexology appointment with Deb today and I so enjoyed it! That's my treat to have Deb do her reflexology magic on my feet!! I paid Deb afterwards and she handed me the money back and said she wanted to donate it to our fundraising for LLS (Leukemia Lymphoma Society). That was so nice of her!
