Did my 3 miles today in 47 minutes (15.7 min/mile). I still felt a little tired - but at least it was only 3 miles. I got an email from Rachel & she had figured out that doing 4 miles of walking & 45 seconds of running would add about 2 more minutes of running per hour - so sounds like a good deal. She said to start training with that now & we'll do that on Saturday & see how it goes. I reset my stop watch accordingly - ready for my Tuesday walk/run. Sadly, it takes me about as long to reset that watch as it does for me to walk a mile!
