Leo had blood work done this morning & it was all very good. His hemoglobin was up 2 points so it looks like the organic spinach, organic raisins & raisin bran, & extra meals with red meat paid off! I did a 3 mile walk a bit later in 47 min (15.7 min/mile). This afternoon I had a reflexology appointment (ahhhhh! So wonderful, as always!!) with Deb and again she donated the amount I paid her for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society…Deb, you are amazing! Thank you so much again!!
