Leo had blood work done today & it looks fine - which is great news! I came home after the oncologist visit & again I walked in extra heat at noon...same time as yesterday...4 miles in 62 minutes. Rachel sent me an email today & said she would start our team run on this Saturday a half hour earlier - at 6:30 AM so I would have more time afterwards to get ready to teach my cooking class at 11:30 that morning. That was reallly nice of her.
