Got up early (before work) and did 5 miles in 78 minutes (15.6 min/mile). Went to work and Sara came over at noon for a birthday celebration lunch. Later on today she rode her bike for 25 miles - for her 25th birthday...amazing!! It looks like Uncle John Ash seems to have started a very admirable tradition for the bikers of the family. Not too long ago he rode 50 miles on his 50th birthday - awesome!!
